Entries close on Monday 30th June 2008.
Late Entries may be accepted with a double fee charged at the secretary’s discretion. 

No Entries will be allowed on the day.
No entries will accepted without fees.

 

 

 

Please make yourself familiar with the rules of the relevant societies you are showing under during the day. All societies have their own Web site with full copies of their Rules. Details of the societies that the show is affiliated with is available on our show affiliations page.

All ponies in the Mountain and Moorland classes MUST BE REGISTERED in their Breed Society Stud Book and MUST be shown as natural as possible. No plaiting of manes and tails.

All dogs must be on short lead at all times

 

 

Closing Classes

Classes will be closed and ponies/horses will not be allowed into the ring when:
In Hand – When the last pony/horse has done its 1st individual trot
Ridden – When the class goes into trot
WHP – 5 minutes after the last pony/horse has jumped.

 

No class will be held for competitors competing in another ring.

 

The clashing of classes is an inevitable result of a busy Show. The Show Committee will not be held responsible for any competitor with classes clashing.

 

 

 

In 2009 the Hexham Native Pony Show will be held on Sunday July 26TH 2009

 

No schedules will be posted out in 2009, except on receipt of a SAE. All details will be available on this site.
